| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received a voice mail from Dave stating he was out of town. He stated he would deal with the public notice (PN) and triggered source sample when he returned. This has been an ongoing issue since September. The well is 1/8 of a mile from the storage tank. The storage tank lid is on the out flow side of the tank. Shock chlorinating this system is difficult and to date had been effective. I left a voice mail for Dave on 12/2 to see if he had returned. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to hear from Dave about new remediation efforts, obtain a public notice and results of a triggered source sample. | ||
