Details:	SUMMARY: Survey results DETAILS: I called Dion to notify him that I was mailing the survey follow-up letter and what deficiencies were identified. Seven deficiencies were found during the survey. I explained each to Dion and asked if he had any questions before actually mailing the letter. Dion also notified me that he added an additional roughing filter and has done some on the system since the survey. ACTION NEEDED: None
