Details:	SUMMARY: Call re: Violation Card Received for Non-Reporting DETAILS: Debbie called from the lab of the Water Plant. She received a violation card for December, looked online, and thinks that the data from only one side of their report sheet had been entered, so it appeared as if they had only taken half the required number of coliform samples. She had tried calling Chuck Michael but he was out today. I suggested she submit the missing data via the dedicated DMCE email address, explaining what happened. That would be the quickest way to resolve the issue. ACTION NEEDED: DMCE will re-examine our records of the coliform sampling data submitted for December, and review the violation accordingly.
