Details:	SUMMARY: Turbidity Monitoring Data Quality Update DETAILS: Phil provided an update on the Microtol filter effluent turbidimeter calibration. System had noticed readings from on-line Microtol had been 0.1 NTU below corresponding similar grab samples as measured by calibrated bench-top meter in January. Phil reiterated that system has been calibrating on-line meter quarterly per Microtols current, non-expired standards, with most recent calibrations in Dec and Feb 3. I confirmed that the 0.02 and 10.0 NTU standards were in use by Midland, as required by Microtol. I requested that system keep a log of calibration dates, details, for future review. System readings for NTU have been well below regulatory requirements since Nov MCL monthly % excursion. ACTION NEEDED: Phil to continue calibration as per requirements. DWP to request DMCE to return November MCL NTU violation to compliance, as system has resolved coagulant feed issues and turbidities have been greatly reduced since November excursion to well below regulatory SWTR limits. DWP to provide support to Midland.
