Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate above half the MCl DETAILS: A nitrate sample collected 1/12/12 tested above one half the MCL. This system is required to sample quarterly for nitrate. A fourth quarter 2011 sample was not submitted this is the first quarterly sample. ACTION NEEDED: A second quarter 2012 nitrate sample needs to be collected.
