Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate test above half the MCL DETAILS: System was informed in August 2010 it needed to switch to quarterly nitrate testing beginning with the 4th quarter 2010. This test represents the fourth test over a year long period. The system has been informed that it can switch back to annual nitrate sampling but the test must be taken specifically in the 4th quarter of each calendar year as this was the quarter with the highest test results. ACTION NEEDED: Return to annual sampling 4th quarter of each year.
