Details: SUMMARY: Operations manual DETAILS: Kelly called last week to discuss the bilateral compliance agreement whereby the District agreed to complete an operations and maintenance manual by February 29, 2012. The District is unable to meet this deadline, and will likely require an additional three months to complete the manual. Kelly stated today that the District will submit their current draft if the manual next week (the first full week of March) and then follow with the completed manual in a couple months. Jay MacPherson and I discussed the matter and agreed to accept the partial manual rather than requiring a new agreement be drafted and signed to allow a brief extension. ACTION NEEDED: None
