Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for repeat positive coliform DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeats positive for coliform including well source. Called system and spoke with Jill. Well had already been shock chlorinated and extra repeat samples are scheduled for mid week. Emailed Jill public notice template to complete and distribute. All homeowners had already been called by phone and updated. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice and get copy to this office. Verify chlorination corrected problem through extra repeat samples. Take 5 temporary routines in February.
