| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of Priority Non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: I contacted Frank to discuss the MCL at the system and the PNC status. He said he was going to do batch chlorination and a major flush of the system. I let him know that 5 temporary routine samples are due by the end of February. This time of year there are a number of connections that are vacant due to the weather. He will be careful of the sample locations to thoroughly flush before sampling and try to use occupied homes. I sent Frank info for the circuit rider if this months coliform samples come back positive. He said he has a vacation planned at the end of the month and if the samples do come back positive he will contact the circuit rider when he gets back. Also asked Frank to send a copy of the public notice since we had not received a copy et. He said he would speak to hi daughter because she is the bookkeeper and takes care of the paperwork. I also reminded him about taking lead and copper samples this summer. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing and respond as necessary to resolve the PNC. Obtain copy of the public notice. | ||
