Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice - loss of pressure DETAILS: I relayed complaint from Mary Braukman (503) 747-9104, Timber resident, that she and neighbors have been out of water since noon on 3/20, to George around 10:30 am today. George mentioned entire system is out of water due to a major leak. I indicated system is required to notify all users to boil water until further notice, restore minimum pressure, flush system, verify chlorine residuals, and take a coliform sample per service outage BMP. System to contact DWP after sample result to discuss lifting boil water notice. I forwarded BMP, no pressure boil template and common questions concerning boil notice to George. ACTION NEEDED: George to post notice early afternoon of 3/21 (today) then work to fix leak and restore pressure, flush and restore chlorine residuals per BMP. George to notify DWP when boil notices distributed, and DWP to provide support to Timber.
