Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Failed to submit a 4th quarter coliform sample. I spoke with Phil Lanni and explained the violation. Phil informed me that he called the state last year and told them this system is not open during the 4th quarter and requested an operating period change. I advised him to call Chuck Michael to discuss this. Meanwhile, I have completed an inventory update form amending the operating period to now read April 15 to September 30 and have emailed it to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Phil informed me he will call Chuck Michael to try to overturn this violation. This system is closed until April and will submit a sample then
