Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed plan review DETAILS: Dion called in response to the penalty warning letter mailed on March 30, 2012. He also submitted a schematic of the water treatment process, but approval of the plan/schematic cant be granted until the Program receives engineered drawings or a complete set of pictures illustrating the treatment process. Fred Kalish and I statred that we expect pictures to be submitted no later than Friday of this week (April 6, 2012). Dion stated that he will take the pictures and email them to the Program this week. Dion also stated that he is planning on pouring a concrete pad within 60 days and moving the two 1,500 gallon poly storage tanks from the source area to serve as finished water storage. When that is complete, Dion will has stated that he will install a totalizing flow-meter after the last storage tank. ACTION NEEDED: Await submission of pictures and approval of plans.
