Details:	SUMMARY: Priority non-complier (PNC) DETAILS: System had a score of 14. I contacted Amy on 2/13/12 to let he know they missed the 2011 nitrate sample. The system also sampled 5 temporary routines on 12/20/12 that were reported to the state as repeat samples. I let Amy know she should call the lab and have them re submit the temporary routine as they were intended to be instead of repeats. She said she would contact the lab and have them change the repeats to temporary routine. She also indicated she wrote in the notes on the lab slips that she wanted them reported as temporary routine so she was unclear as to why they were sent in as repeats. ACTION NEEDED: The system score is now 5 and will drop to 0 when the 2012 nitrate sample is returned. System is no longer a PNC and is back in compliance.
