Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrates 2011 DETAILS: The system failed to report nitrate results for 2011. The owner said she had issues with the last person she charged with pulling samples and now she was training someone else. They are due to take the small water system training in the spring. ACTION NEEDED: Carol said she would have the nitrates taken this week and have the results reported to the state.
