Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The South Coast WD owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to approximately 150 people through 64 connections. Water from Siltcoos Lake is treated by a membrane treatment plant, and then chlorinated for disinfection prior to entering a long transmission main, then to 4 15,000 gallon tanks. HBH was contacted by the water system to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time prior to the first user. HBH reviewed previous approved methodology and discussed tracer testing with Mr Reitz. HBH performed the tracer testing data collection. Tracer test was not successful due to chlorine pump failure. ACTION NEEDED: Perform tracer testing with chlorine system is fixed.
