| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform DETAILS: I called Wanda to let her know the routine sample taken 4/3 was positive for total coliform. I let her know she will need to take a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeat samples out in the distribution. I also let her know that they would need to sample 5 temporary routine samples in May Wanda said she takes the samples herself and did not have enough sample containers. She will run to the lab to get more containers so she can take the necessary follow ups. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary | ||
