Details:	SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) score of12 DETAILS: System has had problems with coliform since October 2011. They have samples as required, super chlorinated the system often. They system issued public notices as required. System discovered the distribution system had several bad valves and other leaks. All the pipes requiring repair were addressed and the system successfully sampled the required five temporary routine samples in February and all are negative for coliform.
