Details:	SUMMARY: CT interpolation DETAILS: Noticed the April MOR had Required CT numbers that varied 50% while [Cl-], temp, and pH did not. Tried interpolation values by rounding up temperature and rounding down pH. Found that explains the variance. Asked Belloni to remind all operators to round temperature down and round pH up. Also, use the tracer study contact time of 148 minutes (not the historic 100) in the actual CT calculations. ACTION NEEDED: none
