Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: This is a deficiency follow up from survey date 4/1/10. The system did not have a cross connection ordinance at the time of original survey. The state database now shows the system having an approved cross connection ordinance. This resolves all deficiencies from the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none
