Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice - Loss of Pressure DETAILS: I spoke with Betty at 5 pm on 5/18, Riverwood park manager, in follow up to reports from Columbia County, that not all users had been notified of a boil water notice after system lost positive pressure on 5/16. I indicated to Betty that all users need to be notified through hand delivery of the notice and she should place copies in common areas around the park.. Betty has enough notices to distribute to all the mobile home parks. I provided contact information to fax copy of the delivered notice to DWP. I provided DWP after hours number to Betty, and indicated DWP is working in support of Columbia County to assist system. ACTION NEEDED: Betty will ensure all tennants receive boil water notice evening of 5/18. Betty to provide copy of notice that is delivered with date of distribution to DWP. DWP to support County and system in resolving problem by restoring pressure and taking necessary steps to come off the boil order.
