Details:	SUMMARY: Call to operator to see if Spring is active DETAILS: The spring has been off line since Dec of 2011 the spring house has been rebuilt and now is sealed to prevent contamination of the source water. I met with the operator and took pictures of the collection box/building and chlorinator on 3/1/12. Operator was suppose to contact me when they put the system back on line. The day of the inspection it was noted the chlorinator was not working properly due to same electrical issues. Operator was supposed to call this office prior to activation. ACTION NEEDED: Set up monitoring schedule with operator when he contacts us
