Details:	SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC) investigation DETAILS: I contacted Melvin and Silas regarding the 10 violations the system has to make sure they were aware. Five of the violations are for chemical late reporting in 2010. Since the same tests are due again this 3 year monitoring period, Silas said he would schedule them for June 1, 2012. Those violations will then be returned to compliance (RTC). The system has 4 violations for not taking monthly source assessment samples. Silas mentioned they do not have an adequate raw sample tap at the well and will begin source assessment sampling as soon as they install one. Melvin mentioned he has already started talking to a well driller to drill a new well and abandon the current well though he couldnt give me a timeline on when it would be done. There is one other violation that I am manually requesting the state RTC. ACTION NEEDED: 12 months of source assessment samples. SOC, IOC, VOC and arsenic samples reported on time. Follow up on potential new well for system and plan review.
