Details:	SUMMARY: Replacement Well Questions DETAILS: Don called to discuss well problem. The existing well at this facility is having problems associated with sand in the water being pumped. Don had contaced Bandon Well and they said that the solution would be to drill a new will (with proper installation and casing) adjacent to existing well. Don asked what was required to do so. I said that normally we would ask that he submit predrilling proposal for plan review - but he wanted to have new well drilled as soon as possible (in the coming few days). I told he that he would have to do so at his own risk - that plan review following drilling may or may not identify changes that would have to be made. If so, the changes would be required per plan review. I also suggested he contact WRD for their requirements regarding new well. At this point he was unclear whether or not he would abandon the old well once new well was drilled. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for plan review submittal following construction of new well.
