Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Well #2 had a positive coliform on 6/4/12. I spoke with Judy at they system that afternoon and they had already gotten word the previous Saturday regarding the positive test. Judy submitted 4 repeat samples for this well which all came back positive as well. Judy isolated the system, provided notification to users and performed a shock treatment of the system on 6/5/12 Judy was going to shock for 72 hours and then flush system. Judy has taken all the required steps in response to these two alerts. The next step will be to take 5 routine samples in July 2012. Further action will be determined at that time. Judy will also re notify residents after the shock treatment is done and they can begin using the water again. ACTION NEEDED: none
