Details:	SUMMARY: Loss of system pressure, filtration bypass DETAILS: During an unannounced inspection at approximately 11:30 AM filtration was being bypassed due to high demand that was causing intermittent pressure outages. Bypassing began sometime on the evening of 07/23. The bypass was closed by 12:00 PM on 07/24 and a boil water notice for loss of system pressure was being posted by 12:30 PM (by way of hand distribution to all RV sites and posting in the store). The system operator was instructed to inform all RV sites they need to drain their local water storage and flush their systems once potable water service is restored. A coliform sample collected at the time of posting notice tested negative for total coliform and the boil water notice was removed on the evening of 07/25. ACTION NEEDED: Engineering modifications are in process to accommodate future high demand periods without having to bypass filtration.
