Details:	SUMMARY: Pipe gallery flooded DETAILS: Sunday an UPS on a PLC failed, causing the pipe gallery to flood. This disabled the filter to waste pumps. Without filter to waste capability, the treatment plant has since been running extended backwash intervals to get turbidity well within limits. Discharge to the clearwell has been consistently within allowable turbidity limits. No turbidity readings in a 15 minute interval have exceeded 0.5 NTU. ACTION NEEDED: none
