Details:	SUMMARY: Taste and odor complaints DETAILS: A couple customers have complained about musty, earthy taste and odor in the water. Ernie can tell it is there too. Recommend having the water analyzed for algae speciation and enumeration. If blue-green algae are over the threshold, DWP can pay for toxin testing. Pre-chlorination has been off for a month. Other means to reduce the problem include: add granular activated carbon (GAC) to the filters, backwash the filters more frequently, increase the post-chlorination dose.
