Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on repeat coliform result DETAILS: 4 repeat samples were taken after the original sample collected July 18th was positive for coliform. The source and 2 of the repeats were negative but one site was positive for total coliform. The operator is planning on batch chlorinating the reservoir to 2ppm and moving the treated water into distribution and holding it there overnight. We have discussed the quantity of chlorine he is to add. He has done a public notice and sent info to the state. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples in early August. Flushing the chlorine out of the system once it has been in the distribution overnight.
