Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: System had a score of 13. They had a number of different violations inc including a coliform MCL, public notice and source sample violations. I had contacted the system a number of times regarding solving the total coliform. I sent the operator information on circuit rider contacts. During the recent system survey I was informed that the system had repaired a large leak in early Feb. They also replumbed the source sample tap to allow for easier water sampling. The system has had absent coliform sample results since Feb 28, 2012. The system had a source sample on Jan 31, 2012 so this resolved the source sample violations. Once the MCL violation resolved the public notice violation resolved as well. System score now is 0. ACTION NEEDED: None
