Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: I contacted Michael and informed him of the violations for routine sampling for coliform in march 2012 and source sample for march 2012. He said he will contact the lab to do the 5 tests and source this month. I also reminded him to do a public notice for monitoring violations and fax a copy to the state. Mr. Cho also stated he had a contractor install a UV system. I informed him of the plan review requirement and provided him with the number for Carrie at the state. ACTION NEEDED: Need 5 routines this month. One source sample needed this month. Public notice. Plan review approval for UV unit.
