Details:	SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC) DETAILS: System has been designated as a PNC by the state. I spoke with Charlotte and informed her that Bolder City is a PNC and that nitrate, monthly coliform, and a monthly source sample from SRC-AB need to be collected right away. 6/26/12 - spoke with Charlotte and advised her to get a nitrate, SRC-AB and monthly coliform sample in before the end of the month. 7/23/12- A nitrate sample was collected on 6/26/12.Sytem score has dropped below 11, PNC status removed. ACTION NEEDED: None
