| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Junior and informed him of the nitrate violation for 2011. He said the lab took a sample in 2011 and he faxed it in. I asked him to re fax it to the state. He said the lab took a sample recently for nitrate. I let him know it is not on state website and he should resend it. We also discussed reporting violations for routine coliform in 2011. He said the tests were done and he sent them in. I reminded him to do a public notice and fax it in to the state ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
