Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) consult DETAILS: I met with Jeremy in the field and discussed the components of the ERP and also vulnerability section. I gave him the ERP template from the state website for small systems. He will contact me if questions or when it is completed. He was unaware of the vulnerability section of the plan and the ERP template was more in depth than what he understood from a previous time ACTION NEEDED: none
