Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey follow up for 2009 survey. DETAILS: Number of deficiencies was listed from the 2009 water survey-- vent on reservoir not screened, no written O&M Manuel, no operating protocols for alternate operators. 8/16 spoke to Mr Gallagher (the Principal) and sent e-mail requesting information. Spoke again on 8/23, he said 2 of the 3 deficiencies were resolved and waiting on 3rd confirmation (vent). 9/11 spoke to Garrett (operator) and he confirmed correction of all deficiencies. The vent has an interior screen and the operations and maintenance manual and the operating protocols were completed shortly after the survey. ACTION NEEDED: None
