Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed agreement to facilitate installation of filtration treatment DETAILS: I called Peter Moore after he left me a message on Friday October 19. I will email him a copy of the proposed bilateral agreement for installing filtration treatment at the Breitenbush water system. Peter stated that the system is currently finishing work on the installation of distribution lines, and is expecting to begin construction of a new filtration building within one week. He is hoping filtration will be installed by early 2013, but mentioned that the engineer for the water system, Ed Butts, is pushing for a filtration system that has not yet been approved for use in Oregon. ACTION NEEDED: Send copy of the draft BCA to Peter for his review.
