Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice - Loss of Positive Pressure DETAILS: Bob called at 1:30 today to notify me that due to a large leak in the potable line in between the plant and the tower, the system lost postive pressure. System is currently refilling tower and trying to keep the flow moving out of the broken line as much as possible. System will follow the BMP for reduced pressure events by issuing a boil notice system wide, repairing the leak, restoring service, flushing out any contaminated water, restoring adequate 20 psi and chlorine residual throughout the system and take a coliform sample. System will coordinate with DWS prior to lifting boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to forward public notice template to system to issue today, and system to send copy of posted notice to DWS as soon as possible. Discussed manner of distribution with Bob.
