Details: SUMMARY: Follow up on violations DETAILS: Discussed that a source water sample is required due to the need for repeat samples after a total coliform positive. Rads have not been tested as required. Lead and copper needs to be done annually for three consective years. If tests are below mcl a reduction can be granted. ACTION NEEDED: Take source sample and label as such for lab. Take rad tests and submit results to DWP. Lead and copper tests (5) need to be done.
