Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people. There are approximately 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated from the Siletz River and Mill Creek. After the clearwell there are multiple water mains that leave the WTP. A tracer testing methodology must be developed which allows for the measurement of flows leaving the plant. Linda Hughes with the City of Toledo contacted the Circuit Rider (HBH) to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. I met with Linda Hughes and other personnel on site to review set up for potential tracer test and reviewed peak flows for testing conditions. ACTION NEEDED: Develop methodology and perform tracer testing.
