| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Talked with Mark, he stated 2 coliform samples for July were submitted to the state via email on time, however the system got a monitoring violation. He did receive an email confirmation back on receipt of both samples from Kelly Marlin at the state on 8/3 Received copies of lab results and email correspondence showing both results submitted. Sample not logged into SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Request for removal of inaccurate monitoring violation. I will submit to the state a copy of email from Kelly verifying that state received both lab results, in addition to the lab results. Emailed to the state 10/12/12 | ||
