| Details: | SUMMARY: Requird CT reported in Oct-Nov too high DETAILS: Values for actual CT fell below required CT in October and November. However, the required CT values on the reports were for 3.0-log inactivation, which are too high. The correct values would be in the 20 to 40 range. Therefore, no treatment technique violation occurred. Update the reference to the proper CT and the contact time derived from the tracer study to obtain appropriate actual and required CT values. Requested a copy of the systems MS Excel file used for SWTR MORs to check where the required CT error occurs. ACTION NEEDED: Inform system of where the error is in the spreadsheet file. | ||
