Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: The monthly source sample collected 12/17/12 positive for Ecoli. I spoke with Mary and she informed me she will be able to collect the five source confirmation samples today. I advised her to check and make sure there is chlorine residual in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples need to be collected within 24 hours
