Details:	SUMMARY: Discuss violation source sample DETAILS: I sent the following email to the operator: Have a violation for not taking a source sample after the October 17, 2012 temporary routines came back positive. Its confusing but because they were still positive another source sample was required. This violation will continue to add an additional point for every year it is unaddressed. If you could make sure a source sample gets taken that would get that violation removed. ACTION NEEDED: none
