Details:	SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies follow up DETAILS: From survey on 8/29/12 they have now sealed their well head around the electric wires and they have screened their well head vent. This corrects two deficiencies from the survey. The two other deficiencies, check valves and ASR reporting, have been addressed., The contact, Tony Ashcroft, had a tester come out and test the valves. He is gathering the reports and will send them to the state. And he is gathering data for his ASR. ACTION NEEDED: none
