Details:	SUMMARY: Waterline Conditional Use Permit w County DETAILS: Learned the system obtained a conditional use permit with Coos County to install a waterline in Isthmus Slough to connect to Coos Bay North Bend Water Boards distribution system. Left voice mail that public water lines must be at least 30 inches below the slough bottom and that the conditional use would not be approved by the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
