| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to L/C alert DETAILS: After receiving the alert I noticed the results were sent to the state back in July. I was concerned that I was just now getting the results 6 months later since they were more than 4 times over the action level. I discussed my concerns with Karen K who that had Joe Carlson call me to explain. There was a computer glitch with 13 systems, this one was the only one that turned out to be an alert. The systems population increased so they went from sampling 5 to 10 sites. I received the alb results and two sites were high. The band room sink was 0.0873 and room 122 sink was 0.0584. Spoke to Jan about the alert. She wasnt aware they had 2 high sites. She said those two sites are not used often. She doesnt have any results from 1999-2000. Im working with Betsy P on next steps.
