Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Called Joan and she said they had taken 4th quarter bacti early October. Called lab and verified that samples had been taken but results not submitted. Lava and Twin lakes both sample on same day. Results attached. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly sampling and reporting to state by 10th of following month
