Details: | SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System had a score of 13. 11/8/12 I contacted Wayne and left a message to let him know the system was past due for arsenic and a priority non-complier. He will need to get an arsenic sample taken ASAP and report it to the state. I got a call back from David from J2O Technologies on 11/19/12. He let me know the system sampled on 11/14/12 and results were .00828. I asked if the results had been sent to the state and he said yes. He also let me know they added an additional 120 gallon contact vessel. This vessel was determined to be needed for additional arsenic 3 oxidation CT. They installed the new tank and will be continuing to work with 91 school to maintain compliance. Vladimir emailed me the sample results with an additional message from David on 11/27/12. This email was also sent to Brad Daniels at the state. With the new sample results that brought the RAA below the MCL of .010. The 4th quarter 2011 and 1st quarter MCL violations have been returned to compliance as well as the public notice violations. I will send in an return to compliance request to resolve the 3rd quarter non reporting violation resolved. The system has a current score of 1. ACTION NEEDED: Send request to return to compliance the remaining non reporting violation |
