Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Investigation DETAILS: The Fir Grove Mobile Court owns and operates a groundwater water system that serves approx. 80 people through 36 connections. The system has 2 wells. One well is located immediately adjacent to the pump house in the middle of the mobile home park. The other well is located approx. 650 to the west of the pump house. The water system had previous coliform contamination, dating back to 2004, but more frequently since 2008. In November 2012, the water system had a positive E.coli test (the repeats were negative).HBH was contacted by Ms. Nichols to provide assistance in troubleshooting possible sources of coliform.Visited water system and discussed potential sources of contamination. The most obvious source of positive tests are the sampling locations, which are protected by insulation and plastic to prevent freezing, but which could promote coliform growth. There was also some concern expressed about the method used for recharging the air in the pressure tank. ACTION NEEDED: Provide recommendations for sampling stations to be used in the distribution system.
