| Details: | SUMMARY: Positve TC during non-operational period (seasonal May 1 - September 30) DETAILS: Sample was marked RT, distribution, but Kenny says it was taken at the well. Because this is currently not operating I did not advise on repeats. Kenny said the BLM was just discussing adding chlorination or UV light to this system. I advised not to proceed until completing a plan review with regional engineer with DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Referred to Rebecca Templin for plan review. Advised Rebecca of the situation. The system has had numerous TC positives during the down time. Testing shows distribution only, but Kenny confirms some of the TC tests were at the well. I said tests at the well should be marked triggered following a TC positive on quarterly sample. Speak with Rebecca on next steps to take with system. Not as simple as just installing chlorination. Must have approval for any type of treatment added. | ||
