Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 2/27/13 DETAILS: Called operator and left message to let him know about the coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a source sample at the well and 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temporary routine samples in March. I let him know if he is no longer the contact to let me know. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary.
